Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DCMA) Policy

    Factive Health LLC strongly opposes any unauthorized infringement of intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), the Company’s policy is to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA’s requirements.

    To report an alleged infringement, please send a notice that complies with the DMCA’s requirements to [email protected]. Your report must include the following information:

    • A physical or electronic signature of an authorized person to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly being infringed.

    • Details of the infringing materials and their current location on the Company’s website.

    • Clear and precise identification of the copyrighted work that is allegedly being infringed (in a form that allows us to verify the claim).

    • Contact information of the complaining party, including a physical address, telephone number, and email address (if available).

    • A statement that the complaining party believes in good faith that the use of the material in question is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

    • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly being infringed.

    Upon receipt of a valid notice, the Company will promptly investigate the matter and, if appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. As required by the DMCA, we will also provide notice to the third party that posted the content, and if applicable, mark it on our website while the investigation is ongoing.

    As per the DMCA requirement, repeat infringers may have their access to our website (or any other related content) suspended or terminated, in accordance with our policy, which we reserve the right to determine and change from time to time. To prevent abuse, we do not disclose this policy.
